Excellent service ! Our flooring contractor(Amazonia flooring) stiffed us by taking money but not removing the debris from our garage. Zach was easy to communicate with , reasonable pricing and came within an hour . He was amicable in person, very efficient with loading up debris, and accepts credit card payments. Highly recommend him !!Jun 5, 2019Verified
I was so impressed with how fast and efficient they were. Definitely recommend!Jul 28, 2019Verified
They were several hours late. Then when they were late they charged me $10 more than the agreed upon price. After contacting them about the discrepancy they didn’t follow through with reimbursement or anything. Poor customer service and planning on their partAug 19, 2019Verified
I had been stood up by 1-800-got-junk a couple times and decided to try someone more local. The Junk Xpress guys showed up on time, were very communicative and did a great job clearing out my place, leaving it neat and tidy.Aug 31, 2019Verified
There was a lot of heavy "junk" to remove from my premises and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend their services.Aug 19, 2019Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When we get a new customer it starts with the call. We always make our customer feel welcomed at Junk Xpress. We ask key questions to identify what items they have and then explain our pricing and how we work. After that, we find out what days and time they are available for pickup. The last step is completing the job. We make sure to give a 30-45 minute call ahead and always show up on time. We confirm the estimate then start loading up our truck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this work for 5 years, so I have gained a lot of knowledge about this industry. From booking the job to actually doing the job I am confident in my ability to make sure it gets done in the most efficient way possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I got started doing junk hauling a few years back because the idea of it intrigued me. To this day I still love what I do. I go around getting to meet people and share stories while doing the job. I love the feeling I get when a customer thanks me for helping them with a situation they couldn’t handle. It gives me a sense of pride every time I leave a job.
