Vsevolod did an amazing job repairing French doors at our house. The doors have a multi-point lock which were not locking correctly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and while the issue ended up not being related to the lock he was still able to make repairs to the doors to re-align the lock and improve door friction. He went above and beyond.
