Great experience - I would highly recommend Simon and his company. I had a tenant who got locked out as the lock was old and wasn’t working. Simon was super responsive , reached the place within 25 mins as promised and took care of issue by replacing the lock. Tenants are happy and crisis averted. I am saving his number.

Miscommunication was resolved. initially they gave pretty good price for rekeying. after he made copies of my keys I asked if it was a new key, he then said it was the same key which I was if it was copies of my old key. I thought I was supposed to get a new set of keys and that's what rekeying was for. I thought I misunderstood what rekeying means so I asked for a new lock, he charged me extra later which was understandable because it will take them more time. I later asked my friend what rekeying means and found that I did not had a misunderandng. maybe there was some miscommunication with the guy because english was not his first language but the girl who tagged along decided not to say anything when we were communicating about this. when confronted through text, they reply with fluent english saying they were 100% clear about it.
