FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do both fixed-priced and hourly-priced contracts. If the project scope is well defined, we can offer both a fixed price bid and an alternative hourly rate bid for getting the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, I ask them questions to try to get a clear sense of what they would like to accomplish. Once I understand what the customer is looking for, I send them a quote for completing the job. If they agree to work with me, I work with my team to start creating the product. I ask questions as needed along the way to make sure we're on track to delivering the product to meet the customer's specifications. We test the product when we're done to make sure it's functioning as intended. I then submit the finished product to the client for review. If they need to make some adjustments, I work with my team to make all the requested adjustments until the product is working the way the client wants it. We ask for the final payment upon completion and look forward to working with the client on future projects. I want clients to have a good experience, so I do my best to give clients exactly what they want and to be very patient and professional in dealing with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BS and MS degrees in Engineering and an MBA. Most of my team members have at least a BS degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of progressive work experience.
