What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly fee within a budget that we agree upon in advance for the overall project. I ask for 50% of the first month's fee up front as a deposit via PayPal or check. Then I invoice you every 2 weeks or when the project is done -- whichever comes first. My team of associates can provide graphic design, posting, email lists, email newsletters, event production, copywriting, photography, video and more. I am an experienced professional and work much faster than most -- so while I may charge more per hour than that "college student or intern" you get your money's worth in the end. I can make a huge difference in 3-6 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet by Skype or in person and I interview you to assess your goals. Then I create a plan, a quote and a budget and timeframe we agree on. After you deposit the payment I begin immediately. I can complete a project very fast.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in journalism and have been a professional news reporter. I am constantly reading. I follow (and am followed by) all of the top social media and PR pros around here. We teach each other. Social media changes every day.
