Introduction: Juan Negrillo is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, Arbitrator Certificate by the SF Bar Association, with 8 years of mediation experience. Juan founded and leads Momo Mediation, to deliver mediation and conflict resolution services people-centered and with a compassionate style. He can conduct the mediation in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese. He has a Diploma in Mediation, Conflict Resolution and Consensus Generation from the Center for Economy Research and Teaching (CIDE) and has developed his practice in different cultural contexts in Latin America and the US. He has a passion for conflict resolution and has worked with the following organizations: Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center in San Mateo, California Department of Police Accountability in San Francisco Community Boards in San Francisco Superior Court of California in Redwood City Centro de Colaboración Cívica, Mexico DF Centro Interdisciplinario para el Manejo de Conflictos, Mexico DF Centro Estatal de Justicia Alternativa de Hidalgo, Mexico Noroeste Sustentable, Baja California, Mexico Procuraduría General de Justicia del Distrito Federal, Mexico. He is an instructor and presenter, having delivered conferences and training in over 10 countries. He is committed to volunteering at Broward Spiritist Society and Mediators Beyond Borders International among other organizations. I like to experience that the realm of possible solutions to a single problem is always wider than expected and often surprising.
