FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I keep reading publications and attending courses to keep learning continously. I myself am a trainer and I found out that I learn as much every time I am teaching others.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When i was 9 I was unknowingly a mediatior in my boy scouts group. I have been on the side of helping resolve conflicts ever since and when I searched some years ago for my life purpose, I found out that I should devote my time and expertise to this field.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice to contact and feel confortable with the professional chosen, trust is a key factor for success because during the process, as client, you will have to follow a path marked by the ADR professional without a clear idea of the reason or the outcome.
