Welcome to Custom Fit. We are a personal training and nutrition studio located in San Francisco. Our nutritionists and dietitian can help you: - Lose weight & decrease body fat - Increase energy - Increase lean muscle - Create sustainable nutrition - Provide meal plans - Help decode food allergies & gastrointestinal issues We do this holistically by advocating organic, real-food eating advice to not only see the results you're looking for, but also for it to be practical, reasonable, and most importantly, sustainable. This can be as simple as creating a food journal and getting science-based advice to optimize your diet. Or it can be as complex as creating specialized diets, meal plans, macronutrient tracking to help with food allergies or gastrointestinal conditions. We take a science-based approach and don't generally advocate diets as they are not sustainable. We want you to achieve your goals and be able to maintain.

I went to Marissa looking for some nutritional guidance with losing a few lbs and overall well being. Marissa gave me some really easy ideas to incorporate the changes in my life, I love the recipes and customized meal plan she makes for me. After seeing Marissa for three months I have reached my goals and feel better then ever! It was a great experience and I highly recommend her go anyone looking for a nutritionists.

I hired Marissa as a nutritionist as I was looking for some motivation to lose my baby weight. I LOVED her take on food and health and she really helped to motivate me. Her background in the restaurant industry and culinary expertise really shows in her unique and delicious recipe ideas and meal planning. She is also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. On top of being good at her work, she is also a very warm hearted and fun person to be around. Really makes for trying to lose weight and be healthy a good experience!!!

Marissa has been my nutritionist for 3 months now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I have seen vast improvements in my energy levels, have less cravings and I feel better then I have felt in years. I have even lost a few stubborn pounds and can now fit into my skinny jeans! All the recipes she recommends are super tasty and easy to follow. She has taught me to approach eating healthy and balanced meals in a realistic way that I have actually been able to enjoy and maintain. I would highly recommend working with her!

I recently finished my third month from Marissa's nutrition plan. When I first signed up, I was looking for a specific plan and advice to keep meals and foods healthy and simple to make. I can say I'm extremely satisfied with the knowledge and support she has given me to keep me on a steady goal to eat healthy through various recipes and target particular foods that taste good and make you feel good! Since signing up, I have taken my dietary change very seriously and feel motivated to shop and eat healthy going forward.

For 2017 i decided to focus a little more on myself and my health. i like cooking and eating even more but i found that the variety i was eating was not great. i eat a lot of carbs, a western diet basically. I looked around on the web for someone local to help me and I can across Marissa at her studio. Just like the other reviewers here, I had a great experience with getting ideas on recipes I can cook easily to get me back on track. She has a focus on balanced and practicable meal ideas. no fad diets here, this is the real deal. I initially singed up for the intro 1 month package but have renewed since for another month just to keep things going. I would highly recommend her. Her cookbooks are even color coordinated!
