Introduction: Events by Monaique offers three different packages: Full Planning + Design, Partial Planning and Event Styling.

What about a beautiful barn with a rustic vintage theme serving your signature drink in mason jars? Or even an small intimate wedding that calls for monogrammed favors for each guest? Any size, any location, and any vision, your day should be and needs to be unique to you!
Events by Monaique offers three different packages:
Full Planning + Design:
From place cards to timelines and everything in between, I'm your gal. Together, we will develop your vision. I will set up meetings with vendors, visit venues until we find the perfect space and make sure your dream day becomes a reality. Let's face it; after months and months of planning, you get to celebrate this special moment in one day, so every moment and every detail needs to be enjoyed (wedding clients: full coverage for rehearsal and wedding day is included).
Partial Planning:
Planning a big event, like a wedding, can be stressful and at times overwhelming. Having a professional to guide you helps alleviate stress and helps your big day run smoothly. This package is perfect for the client who will manage most of their event details, but needs professional guidance and suggestions up until their big day. I will accompany you to a few vendor meetings or site visits (wedding clients: full coverage for rehearsal and wedding day is included).
Event Styling:
This is perfect for the client who has crossed all their T's and dotted their I's, but needs a professional to come in and style their event. After you've planned each detail and secured all your vendors, I will show up the day of your event to set up (and break down) your event decor, making sure your vision comes to life!

I was thrilled to be engaged, but the idea of having a wedding was terrifying. I was clueless as to what I wanted or where to even start, it was very overwhelming. Events by Monaique was recommended to me by a close friend. I decided to call and immediately fell in love with Monaique. She listened to what I had to say and based on my fragmented ideas she presented a few visions of weddings for me to choose from. The entire process was made easy by Monaique and before I knew it I was having a blast having her by my side while planning the wedding. The wedding day went without a hitch. Every single detail was taken care of by Monaique. I felt as though I was a guest having a blast at my own wedding. I had no worries but to just enjoy my new husband and my loved ones on the most important day of my life. Monaique took care of it all. Not only is she an amazing wedding/event planner, she brings a positive energy that gets everyone enthusiastic and excited about the process. I highly recommend her for anyone who is planning a wedding or an event.

My husband and I got married in May and we hired Monaique to help us coordinate our event. From our very first meeting, we knew we were in capable hands. She was quick to understand our vision, and was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We could not be happier with her work. During the planning process, she helped us manage details that we never would have thought of. She helped us work with our vendors and was so creative-- she was never short on great ideas.
The day of our wedding, everything went smoothly, largely thanks to her efforts. We didn't need to worry about a thing!
She exhibits the perfect balance of professionalism, organization, and warmth. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Thank you Monaique for all you did for us to make our wedding day so special!!!

My wedding included 200 guests at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto. Although the hotel had a fantastic event coordinator on site already, Monaique was such a big help in offering her insight and assisting me with each and every detail that would randomly pop up, from design consultation to vendor negotiation.
Right from the beginning, she totally made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. She was always ready and and very attentive to my high-maintenance needs :) Monaique developed an in-depth and detailed timeline that incorporated her realistic and trusted experience and insight that really provided me with a better idea of how the big day was going to be like. And, on the actual big day, if it wasn't for her I would have been completely off track with all the things we had to get done (i.e. Taking pictures with each table, cake cutting, etc). I would absolutely recommend her for planning your next major event!

Monaique was my partial and day-of wedding coordinator for my SF wedding ~2 weeks ago. We only met in person 5 days before my wedding day and have just been talking on the phone for months before our event. So that already shows the trust I have on her! She has this innate characteristic that just relaxes, calms and reassures me that everything would be fine for the wedding. This is one of the most important things for me (and the one trait I love most about her) as I was planning the wedding from Texas and constantly in panic the last months before wedding! She helped me finalize and negotiate our contract for the flowers just a few months before the wedding, which was a very big deal. And I was not disappointed. She went beyond her duties by lending her beautiful dessert bar platters, AND also arranging our dessert buffet that completed the look of our reception and it was all so elegant and pretty! She helped coordinate all the vendor set ups and the final look and arrangements at the reception and also helped manage our timeline. And she was constantly looking out for me and asking me what I needed during the reception. It was such a personalized, genuine and caring service. I would work with her again and we highly recommend her for any event you may have.
