Start-up venture consulting was a perfect fit for my bag of tricks. Before cornering the candy market in elementary school, I've carried a passion for answering the question, "How can this be done better?" Designing more efficient audit strategies at KPMG and providing strategic and operational consulting as the founder of hatchconsulting has cemented my ability to spot an inefficient business process from a mile away. Over the last several years, I've spearheaded a host of challenges for a handful of great start-ups in the Bay Area. My specialties include e-commerce logistics, business measurement, financial planning and analysis, database research, P&L management, process design and implementation, M&A diligence, personnel training and forensic investigation.
