- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and it depends on each case and each situation. Generally, the hourly rate for consultations and document review is $400. Litigation defense is billed at $385 - $500 / hour depending on the nature and complexity of the case. Many projects such as drafting and review of documents are done on a flat fee basis.
