Introduction: Hey Bay Area. Im a certified TEAM USA boxing coach and I’m in the process of obtaining my personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’m passionate about helping my clients learn skills to defend themselves all while helping them effortlessly lose weight and tone up muscle. I train clients from beginner to intermediate levels.
Here’s what a session looks like. We’ll start off by doing a full body stretch to get nice and loose. After this we’ll do some cardio to get our body warmed up for punches. Once we finish our cardio we’ll start on the mitts and we’ll work on your punches, your form, and your stance. Afterward we’ll do some footwork drills that’ll allow you to get comfortable moving in a boxing stance. Lastly we’ll conclude with some final punches on the mitts and go into a nice cool down stretch. (You have the option to choose between a 30min session and a 50minutes session.)
Things you will need:
You will bring a mask, (I will be wearing a mask as well) wraps and boxing gloves. (If you don’t have wraps and gloves available I can provide them along with sanitizing spray for the items.
