- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are up-front quotes. No hidden fees or extra fees included. You can find our repair prices on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We travel to our customer location and repair their device inside our car. After the repair is done, we test the new part infront of the customer. Once the test is done, you can pay with Venmo, Cash or any credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of electronics repair experience. Working with Apple, Samsung, Google devices.
