James is simply beyond amazing at his work. I will say - that I questioned his initial price quote...but he explained the quality of work and how he takes care of his employees...I decided to try it. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY. You will be glad you hired him. The before and after photos attached..work was done inside 3 hours. Perfectly!

Top marks for James Quinn, he and his crew just finished applying 3 coats of stucco to the front of our house, this included demo of the previous stucco, waterproofing and lathe. James was the only contractor to call me back promptly. He showed up soon after when he said he would and delivered an estimate on the spot and a reasonable quote within a day. He stayed in constant contact throughout the job, including calling to schedule each phase of work, preparing us for what to expect, and for which he showed up and performed as agreed. His crew and foreman were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I felt treated with respect throughout. For many, the quality of the work might be the most important criteria. We are very happy with the finished product, which looks consistent, perfectly flat and a pleasure to look at. Our neighbors are commenting on how impressed they are. James left the job in excellent shape, spending extra time cleaning the sidewalk and tidying up, leaving the place as he found it. Having gotten to know James briefly through the context of this stucco job, I can describe him as a straight forward and hard-working man with professional standards, integrity, honesty, and very important to me, a demonstrated value of responsibility. In today's market, this makes a big difference.
