- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is custom, depending on the size and condition and quantity of photos. All deliverables are digital, and you will have the opportunity to order affordable prints and products from a professional lab directly from your gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss what the customer is looking for and learn the story of each photo. Once I have core details, I draft up a simple service agreement. Any further questions and concerns are addressed at this point and only until both parties are in understanding do we sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with digital images for over 20 years as a graphic designer and photographer.
