- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices based on square footage of the property, and the best time of the day (twilight). We do offer bundled price when packages are combined. All deliverables are digital.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let us know if you would like professional photography, a 3D walkthrough, or both, along with the approximate square footage of the property. Once we have these details, we will prepare a service agreement outlining the scope of work and deliverables. To reserve your appointment, we require a 50% deposit upon signing, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the final media. We look forward to helping showcase your property at its very best.

We have worked with digital images for over 20 years as a graphic designer and photographer.
