Formula Design

Introduction: We Listen. The single most important job of a designer is to listen to the client and understand their needs. We might create something beautiful, but if it doesn't serve a purpose, it's useless. Formula Design sets itself apart by including listening as part of our design process. Before we turn on the computer, we want to know everything we can about our client's business, their competitors, and their customers. As Creative Director, I get to see a project from beginning to end. Amazingly, the best part of my job is the phone call I get from a client we have not heard from in years... who just calls to tell us how well the design we provided has worked for them. That's truly gratifying. Formula Design relishes long term relationships. Sometimes, a client only needs us for a short time. Either way, the success of a client is how we measure our success.
