- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide estimated pricing for standard services. However, most of my services are tailored to specific needs and require situation specific information. Once I receive that information I usually provide a quote in either hourly or flat fee or contingency fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss your needs and obtain more detail on what your goals are. Then we discuss the options that are available to meet your goals. A quote for the work is then provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lawyer with a background in the hard sciences (B.S. Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology) who has experience in real estate transactions, financing, startups and business and commercial law including management of mergers and debt and equity financing transactions >$100 million, successes include settlements of busienss partnership/llc/corporate disputes, and other disputes.
