What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to know the type of service, date, time, duration, number of people involved, and location. We would then send you a contract to reserve your date(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has worked for the police department for several years. He has trained over 1000 security officers. The training program requires new recruits 150 hours on the job training before they are given a comprehensive examination in order to become full on security officers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner worked at the local P.A.L. (Police Activities League) during high school. The program allowed cadets to go on ride alongs, assist with arrests, and provide security to local venues.
