They guarded 4 special vehicles and a rental truck in a challenging part of Oakland on overnights where break-ins and vandalism over the course of 4 days could have been/would have been expected--and all my vehicles got out in one piece without a mark. Travis also communicated frequently and well. Would use again

Timely, courteous, professional. I hired two guards for a Halloween event and OPS went out of their way to accommodate, taking a guard of out retirement to work my event. Both guards figured out the Eventbrite ticketing system quickly and handled checking in guests with ease.

We required a private security service almost immediately due to an incident that occurred 12 hours earlier. On Demand Professional Security had someone at the home by 7:00 pm the following day. Rather than having to explain what we thought we might need, they took over the situation helping us understand what was needed. They know their business and understand their clientele. We can recommend them very highly.

Hired 4 guards from OPS for two social events at short notice. Guards were incredibly professional and adaptive to the way we wanted to run security. The guards were also friendly and very personable, which working with them a pleasant experience. When situations arose, they handled them efficiently and professionally. These guys are experienced and also provided a lot of strong input into our security plan. I would highly recommend OPS to everyone for their private security needs.

Really fast response (both on Thumbtack and email), fantastic price for really stellar guards. My guards arrived early and I even received a text notification when they were on their way. Joe Cervantes is one best guards I've ever worked with.
