- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge by the hour for most projects. Most of our work is scoped upfront so you know exactly what you're paying before we start. No surprise invoices, no billing you for every email. If your project grows or changes, we talk about it openly before any costs change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a straightforward conversation about what you need and why. From there we put together a clear plan, show you work in progress so nothing is a surprise at the end, and stay in close contact throughout. You'll always know where things stand. We don't disappear for two weeks and send you something finished that you've never seen before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fifteen years of real projects with real businesses. We've built websites, software, and automation tools across food and beverage, e-commerce, healthcare, legal, and field services industries. We learn by doing, and we've done a lot. No theoretical frameworks, just experience that transfers directly to your project.
