After conversation on phone and telling him what my requirements were for a 125 gallon aquarium on floor joists, I was given an excellent solution for FREE. Offered to come out and do the inspection and layout the plan but it would probably be the same info I received over the phone only 2000 dollars more. No up sell - I would definitely call them again if I have any structural issues

Honest and professional. Excellent follow up and extremely helpful in determining plans for a vinyl fence. He was very empathetic and helpful in guiding me through the messy process of dealing with the permitting process in Los Angeles (which is truly ridiculous for a simple fence!)
