FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and based on the scope and complexity of the work. I provide detailed, itemized estimates so customers know exactly what they’re paying for—there are no hidden fees. In some cases, I offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers. I'm always happy to discuss options to ensure the work aligns with your budget while maintaining quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process begins with an on-site visit to assess the scope of work. I then provide a complimentary estimate based on the evaluation. Once the customer would like to move foward, I submit a detailed formal bid outlining the proposed services, timeline, and costs. Throughout the process, I maintain clear and open communication to ensure expectations are met and the project runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this type of work since 1982, having learned the trade from my father. With over four decades of hands-on experience, I’ve developed a strong skill set and a deep understanding of the craft. Now semi-retired, I continue to do the work I enjoy, using my expertise to deliver reliable, high-quality results while supplementing my income. I am also a licensed and bonded contractor, ensuring professionalism and peace of mind for my clients.
