Really very disappointed with the whole experience.
First of all, they were over 2hrs late. Then the revised time, they got lost and were further late.
Secondly, they didn't have proper equipment to connect to the power in my house and tripped the fuse by using a substandard extension cord.
Thirdly, and most importantly, the bouncy house was in a shabby state of repair. It was both dirty and full of holes in the protective netting for the kids. There was dodgily repaired minor holes in the actual house itself.
All of that would be fine, but for the 1ft hole that was "discovered" upon installation. To their credit the installers tried to fix it, but had no idea how to cover a hole, and I ended up having to fix it myself after my kids came and said the house is falling down.
Not recommended at all.
I registered my complaints and they didn't refund the whole thing, they just gave me $20 back. Kind of a slap in the face.
