My rates is hourly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep track of human resource requirements, accreditation and compliance rules and regulation changes and financial changes. Also, I have a passion for culinary (food services), business psychology and change management. I read and attend many seminars and pod casts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over the years, I experienced different kinds of positions that ended up giving me a pretty good handle on people and business.....and, the impact they have on each other. I have a passion for business and an empathy for those that start businesses. It's a tough road.
