Kristian from EC excelled in professionalism, communication, and quality. I would highly recommend Kristian to our friends and family for any new construction builds. Kristian passed all of his city inspections the first time! We will be hiring Kristian again for small projects around the main house, as well as if we decide to do an addition.
Communication: Kristian always did what he said he was going to do. He took feedback well, he showed up on time. He was good at managing his team so the quality of work was high. It was a joy to work with Kristian because he is a really nice guy too.
Professionalism:
From the beginning and throughout the project, Kristian was professional. He promptly sent over a quote and did not charge us for small feedback. He treated us well, even though we were a small residential client. Some contractors will not even bid on small project, but Kristian always showed up for us and did a great job.
Quality:
I was particularly impressed with the high quality of his carpenters and his stucco and roof sub-contractors. Kristian is an excellent construction project manager and general contractor.
