We hired Kristian and his team from EC Construction for the construction of our ADU. It was a relatively small new construction project of about 240 square feet. EC Construction was hired for demolition, new slab concrete foundation, framing, roofing, and stucco. Kristian from EC excelled in professionalism, communication, and quality. I would highly recommend Kristian to our friends and family for any new construction builds. Kristian passed all of his city inspections the first time! We will be hiring Kristian again for small projects around the main house, as well as if we decide to do an addition. Communication: Kristian always did what he said he was going to do. He took feedback well, he showed up on time. He was good at managing his team so the quality of work was high. It was a joy to work with Kristian because he is a really nice guy too. Professionalism: From the beginning and throughout the project, Kristian was professional. He promptly sent over a quote and did not charge us for small feedback. He treated us well, even though we were a small residential client. Some contractors will not even bid on small project, but Kristian always showed up for us and did a great job. Quality: I was particularly impressed with the high quality of his carpenters and his stucco and roof sub-contractors. Kristian is an excellent construction project manager and general contractor.

Kristian and his team worked so fast and built us a beautiful deck with basement trapdoor for our small backyard. They listened to our requirements and we had our deck built less than a week after our consultation. They built it in only 4 hours! Amazing crew, and it turned out just the way we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend Kris and his team for any home remodeling projects. Labo did my staircase and completely did what I have envisioned. I am a perfectionist so I am glad I met Kris. Labo is very detailed oriented, he’s very punctual, and there were no delays. He advises me what’s the best route, up to code, and provided recommendations tweaks on my design. I provided a 3D rough draft sketch to them, the measurements were 100% accurate. I can guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed as I went through roughly <10 contractors and FINALLY found the right team. I am looking forward to see how my kitchen tiles turn out.
