It is starting to get cold and my furnace started making a whining sound. So, I got worried that we were not going to have heat for the winter. But Ali came in and saw the problem quickly and had the replacement motor in his truck and fixed it up in less than an hour. So, now we're all set for winter.

Vlad showed up right on time, checked the issue (aircon blowing cool air but Not cooling the home) and explained the issue at length providing various options. I found him to be responsive, professional and having great communication skills to explain complex technical matters associated with HVAC system. I can recommend his work whole heartedly. If I decide to go ahead with replacing the entire system, I will seriously consider going ahead with Freon due to excellent service I received today.

Very professional. There was a little bit of confusion for service fee, but Kevin called me and took care of the service fee. He said it was a promo that had expired but he waived away the service fee. Matt from his team was knowledgeable to troubleshoot an old cooling system. It was working as intended so he came and educated me. Thanks to both Kevin and Matt. I will be working with them on other projects.
