At first Aguilar was super responsive, and provided a quick quote and date for his services. During the installation he was quick and did what seemed like a good job. However, just a few days later we noticed the edges of the wallpaper were starting to come down and reached out to him to show him pictures. We asked that he came back and fixed it seeing as he had just installed it. While we got a first response saying he would let us know what day he could stop by to fix he has since not provided an update and it’s been a full week.
It looks like we will now have to figure out how to repair the wallpaper ourselves despite having paid for a professional to install it.
