We had a fantastic experience with Chris Fernandez and his installation team. (Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Chris and his team were amazing in installing our ductless mini split system. His quote was the most reasonable of the three other companies I checked with, and his work was well worth the price!
He was communicative each step of the way explaining our options and helped us come up with a solution that fit our needs.
On the project days, Chris made sure he had enough team members to complete the job as quickly as possible. The team was extremely neat and cleaned up whatever mess was left behind.
I’ve recommended Chris to two other friends who have gone with his work, and all of us are extremely satisfied.

I was looking to purchase and install a multi-head ductless mini split heat pump system at my home. I was looking for this specific system due to its efficiency, low noise, and aesthetics. Since my request was very specific, I needed to find a contractor who was knowledgeable and could accommodate my needs. The folks at Airtron went above and beyond!
I didn't just go with the first option I found. I shopped around and had five different contractors visit my house and provide quotes. Chris, the Airtron project manager, was clear, thorough, and efficient during his site visit. He gave good advice on system size and layout, and discussed the different options with me. The quote Chris provided was by far the best deal I found, since it included high quality equipment, long warranty on parts and labor, and an affordable price.
Once we closed the deal, Chris worked with me every step of the way to plan the installation. I had some special needs (difficult layout of the lines under the house, cats living in the house and needing to be moved room to room as the installation process moved forward) and Chris was always ready to figure things out. the rest of the crew were also fantastic. Everybody was friendly and professional on all interactions. They always arrived on time, and they completed the project on schedule.
I strongly recommend going with Airtron for all your HVAC needs. They're the best around!

We purchased a mini-split but needed it professionally installed for the warranty. Airtron had the best price and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. We especially appreciated not being pressured into buying additional equipment or having extra work done, even though they offered us options.
Chris and team were very professional and knowledgeable. They even took care of setting up the warranty for our unit. We’ll definitely be looking to Airtron again for our future AC needs.
