Vahe and his team replaced my electrical panel. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicative from the start, confidently identifying problems, proposing solutions and clearly communicating costs and tradeoffs. When it comes to execution they were also impeccable, completing the work end to end within the agreed timelines. Finally, the quality of their work is top-notch, they even went out of their way to find a trim that matched my house exterior paint! RECOMMENDED.

Bay Electric was outstanding. Vahe arrived a few minutes early to our appointment, looking sharp, energetic, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly understood our office remodeling project and immediately began calculating the AMPs, volts, and all technical requirements for each workstation, our kitchen equipment, AC, AV room, and the sub‑panel update. As we walked through the space, Vahe pointed out several important electrical considerations we hadn’t been aware of. He helped us realize that our overall power needs are higher than the power that comes to our space, which means the project is more involved than we originally thought — and we’re grateful he caught it early. Even though this project now needs to be replaced with larger project, and that requires updating the plan internally, we will absolutely be hiring Vahe again to start the job the right way. His professionalism, clarity, and expertise gave us complete confidence.
