Overall, a great experience from start to finish! I really appreciated the quick response, the availability of a weekend appointment, and the fact that our technician, Evan, actually arrived early. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values your time and follows through.
Evan was great to work with—professional, personable, and efficient. Before getting started, he took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and once the job was finished, he walked me through everything he had completed. He worked quickly but never made the job feel rushed, and he kept the area clean and neat throughout the entire process.
We did run into an unexpected issue with the drain gate being glued to the shower drain. Evan explained the problem clearly and let me know that he needed to pivot and cut the drain gate first before he could move forward. I really appreciated that he kept me informed instead of just making the change without explaining why.
From the quick scheduling to the quality of the work, everything was handled professionally and on time. You can tell Evan takes pride in his work, and that definitely showed.

We recently had a Moen valve and hose bib installed by Chandler’s Plumbing, and the entire experience was excellent. They were able to fit us into a busy schedule and still complete the work on time. From the owner to the installer, communication and professionalism were consistent throughout.
Gavin, the technician who handled the installation, was outstanding—he explained everything clearly, walked us through the setup afterward, and provided helpful follow-up instructions. The team also re-piped a few sections and replaced the pressure-relief device, taking care of the entire project efficiently and with great attention to detail.
