If I could give no stars I would! We had zair electric come to our house to give us an estimate to install a light fixture. We scheduled an appointment for one week out the day of the appointment the guy messaged me through thumbtack and said he got in an accident and wasn't going to be able to come to the install but could we please reschedule for tomorrow (which is today) between 4:00 and 5:00. and I said sure. It is now 4:30 and I've tried messaging him through Thumbtack and got no response. I tried calling the number through Thumbtack and someone answered and asked me to hold on in Spanish, then hung up on me. My husband called the same number and it went to voicemail, but the in box was full. so I feel like we're being blown off completely which is so unprofessional and very frustrating!! Not to mention being terrible customer service! I took time out of my day yesterday to prep the area for him to have room to work, and then changed plans we had todayi to accommodate his need to change the appointment last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any sort of work if this is how they run their business!
