I highly recommend Santiago. He's skilled, professinal and very kind. Initially, I hired him to paint three bedrooms and a bathroom, but as he worked, I kept expanding the project to include all kinds of "honey-do" items, including installing a new faucet, mirror and light fixture. He even assembled and installed a new ceiling fan.
I plan to have him back to complete more items on my list. I'm so thankfull I finally found someone reliable, that I can afford, to help me around me house. I'm a senior citizen with health problems. Finding Santiago has been a godsend.
