They did an excellent job repairing my old gas fireplace. On the first visit, they assessed the situation, walked me through my options (replacing the entire unit vs. just the electronic valve), and ordered the necessary parts. On the second day, they completed all the work—we ended up replacing all the internal components. I love how my “new” old fireplace looks, and I’d definitely recommend them to friends.

My fireplace had a broken damper which made cleaning hard. They were able to work around that, cleaning out the fireplace while recommending a number of solutions. They were incredibly professional and helpful!

Doris and his team did an outstanding job. He was quick to respond with availability to come out and assess the problem. He provided a few options for repair and I did not feel pushed to make unnecessary repairs. Great work and thank you for being honest to support my clients needs!
