FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on fixed-price contracts only — you know the number before we ever swing a hammer. • Transparent, line-item proposals so you see exactly where your money goes • 5% courtesy discount for veterans, active military, police, firefighters, nurses, and teachers • Permits, engineering, and architectural fees are included in our pricing • We carry $1M in liability insurance and full workers’ comp — no risk to you • Change orders happen — we quote them immediately, in writing, and nothing proceeds without your signed approval We’re not the lowest bid you’ll get, but we are the one that saves you the most money, time, and stress in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 60–90 minute in-home consultation (free) — we listen, measure, photograph, and brainstorm possibilities. 2. Within 5–7 days you receive a detailed fixed-price proposal with 3D renderings, full scope, selections allowance schedule, and exact timeline. 3. Design & selections phase with our in-house designer (if desired) — we guide you through every finish so there are no last-minute surprises. 4. Pre-construction conference 2 weeks before start date. 5. Daily progress photos + weekly budget/timeline updates via our client portal (Buildertrend). 6. Professional daily clean-up — your home is broom-clean every single night. 7. Final walkthrough with a written 2-year warranty and our personal cell numbers if anything ever needs attention.
