Antonio and his stuff have done a great job laying tile pavers for my backyard and doing concrete work, they work very hard and clean up the site after the job. I will recommend proscaping to others.

Proscaping and Antonio's team did a fabulous job to install pavers, artificial turf, cleanup backyard and trees. Their quotes were very competitive and the installation was high quality.
Proscaping guys are very professional. They come on time and leave on time. They estimated 2 weeks but were able to finish the project in less than 8 days. After looking at the design and then installation, I also added some more things to the project and Antonio was flexible to accommodate those requests too. He understood why we are adding as it enhances the look of the backyard.
I also had my ideas on the turf and he recommended to not do that and glad I didn't follow my advice but listened to his professional advice. The overall project looks very good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prices are base on warranty and quality of work and they can be discussed if need it but my price includes all labor and material and I don’t apply taxes on it
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-set up a face to face appointment. To go over all the measurements of their project.
2- give them a detail estimate for the work that will be preform.
3- estimate was approved. We move forward to getting the contract, that will include all the details of the work to be preform and warranty, and cost and customer rights.
4- get the work done in the most profesional way posible and exceed customer expectations.
5-do a final walk true at the job site to make sure project was finish as customer expected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years on field experience and I took my license the state contractor license board I had to study for 6 mouths to pass this test
