FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate with Up Front Pricing. What this means is that instead of going along on a time and materials basis, where you never know how much something will cost, I provide a fixed price quote for all projects, down to the penny. This is great for our customers, and here is why; 1) You know exactly what the price will be so there is no surprise at the end of the job. 2) There are no hidden fees, travel times, or minimums. 3) There is no need to watch the clock or worry about parts runs, the price has already been agreed upon. Whether it takes 30 minutes or 3 hours, an agreement is an agreement!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always participating in continuing education. The electrical code changes every three years so we have a lot to do to keep up on that alone. Add in the constant addition of new home networking and lighting controls, it keeps you hitting the books on a regular basis.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize is Service Work. What that means is we don't do huge contracting jobs or new construction. All those small little things, the new receptacle, changing a light fixtures, upgrading your electrical wiring, these are the projects we do. Primarily I work directly with the homeowner as well, this ensures that they get what they want by keeping communication direct, person to person.
