Discovery - This is the phase of knowledge gathering (and creating new understanding) Goal setting - With the new knowledge, we now plan for a concrete and abstract future Co-authoring - Team building and Role Delegation (if necessary) Training - Delivery of key ideas to create information pipeline and skill augmentation Debrief - What have we learned? Where do we want to go? Who are we now?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MA in Communication and a Business degree, and more importantly I grew up in a family-owned business (Construction and then Finance). My travel around the world has exposed me to a variety of cultures and my love for Communication helps bring people together.
