I had the pleasure of working with Renae McCollum from Renae McCollum Designs for a mural on the back wall of my building along Cannery Row's Recreation Trail in Monterey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Renae took my vision and transformed it into a stunning piece of art that beautifully depicts the famous book author John Steinbeck, Marine Biologist Doc Ricketts, the Queen of Cannery Row Kalisa Moore, and the iconic Fishing vessel the Western Flyer from that was in John Steinbecks novel "The Sea of Cortez." Her creativity and ability to capture the essence of these subjects exceeded my expectations. The process was quick and seamless, and Renae's professionalism and artistry are truly commendable. She did an amazing job on our lobby mural! The attention to detail and quality exceeded our expectations. A notable detail is that we already had handprint on the wall, and she managed to incorporate them in the design without painting over them or leaving dead-space.

Renae was AMAZING! We were on a bit of a time crunch with our play as well as very specific art style requests, and she made a really beautiful backdrop for us with time to spare to pick it up. Great communication and was really sweet at working with us! Highly recommend... Renae is the best!!
