- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes: I subscribe to the National Strength & Conditioning Associations Journal of Strength & Conditioning. I also must take continuing education units approved by the NSCA and re-certify every 3 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For my athletes: Flexibility, mobility, core strength, agility, speed, strength, power, velocity, proper lifting and movement mechanics, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition, and supplementation. For my health and fitness enthusiasts: flexibility, mobility, core strength, strength, muscle tone and definition, body fat % reduction, proper lifting and movement mechanics, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition, and supplementation.
