- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$250 - Initial Consultation/Assessment Individual Sessions starting at $200 Full time training (3x per week - includes virtual training) starting at $4,000 per month Part-time training (1-2x per week - includes virtual training) starting at $2,500 per month A Credit Card processing fee of 3.7% will apply to all online/CC payments Clients are billed via invoice monthly - all sessions are paid for up front. Cancellation Policy: Client cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled session will require session payment in full. Client cancellations made outside the 24 hour scheduled session window are not subject to fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 90-120 minute initial assessment/consultation (in-person or virtually) to better assess the clients needs and what the recommended training program would be moving forward. Once the training program has been reviewed and agreed upon, the new client will receive an invoice to begin training. We will work together to solidify a training schedule for optimal wellness. The client will be onboarded to my mobile app (FitLogic) and provided all the necessary onboarding materials to get the most out of the application in conjunction with live training sessions.
