- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is standard for each client however there are tiers for pricing depending on frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first speak with the client and collect as much information about them so I can create the best possible program to fit their needs. After talking with the client I take them through a screen that allows me to see how to strategically program their workouts to ensure the best movements possible and get the best results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Function Movement Systems and Stick Mobility. I have an extensive education in correctives and mobility drills. I have competed in powerlifting and have and extensive background in athletics. I have spent hundred of thousands of hours studying all things related to fitness and being healthy. I do not consider myself a trainer but rather a Fitness Coach.
