Martin was so great. He responded quickly and was willing to give me an estimate prior to coming after I sent photos and explained our needs. Of course I understood it was an estimate and that it could go up in price once he examined the situation. He held to his estimate. He was quick, had the tools and parts he needed and also very friendly. I WILL be using him for my plumbing needs going forward.

The job is done but they are expensive. The estimates given were sounding random but since it was emergency, we have to get it done. $450 for changing cartage in shower head is too much. However, I am happy with the work and hence 4 stars.

UPDATE: Martin finally sent me the receipt this month. Since the issue has been resolved, I am happy to update the review. Martin came on time and did the job well. I am happy with his work. I hired Martin for a kitchen sink faucet repair job. He came the same day and diagnosed that the faucet needed replacement. He then brought a faucet and replaced it. I paid $300 for the labor. He promised to send me an invoice/receipt for the service and a 1 year warranty as well. It has been over a month since then and he has not shared an invoice with the amount charged ($300) for the service. I have contacted him several times but I am yet to receive the promised receipt. This is unprofessional in my opinion. I am happy to revise the review if my concern is addressed.
