Martin was the first to respond to my “emergency”. I dropped a brand new silver and diamond bracelet my mom just gave me, in the bathroom sink. I don’t know anything about taking apart the under sink pipes so I was all for paying someone else to do it. He communicated with me on when he would arrive and was punctual. He retrieved the bracelet and all was right in the world :)
The $100 charge was sooo worth the 15min job, plus peace of mind I now have with rhe bracelet back in my possession and out of the sink pipe.

First, I want to add Value and Punctuality to my review. I could only choose 3, but wanted to choose all 5.
Customer Service- Martin came out on a Saturday morning. He wore a mask and shoe protectors- I did not ask him to do this, but appreciate that he did it without asking. In addition, I asked him a few plumbing questions, both related and unrelated to the job he was doing. He took time to answer all questions and explain when needed. In addition, I found out that I was a bit far from him and he came anyway with no additional charges. Lastly, as he was leaving, I had a pretty heavy box that needed to be carried to the dumpster and Martin offered to do it for me. Above and beyond...😊😊😊
Now the work- he had to replace an angle stop under the kitchen sink. The work was done quickly and effectively. Very high quality work and the fixture he used was better than the original part.
NO MORE LEAKS! I highly recommend Martin and Universal Plumbing and Rooter. He (and the company) are FANTABULOUS! Plus Martin is just an overall good dude.

Expensive, but job very well done !
My kitchen sink drain was clogged and needed urgent attention. I reached out to UP&R and they gave me same day appointment. Martin is very professional. He cleaned the build up in the drain and restored the system like new.
I highly recommend UP&R for your plumbing and rooter needs. All five stars here !

Martin was so great. He responded quickly and was willing to give me an estimate prior to coming after I sent photos and explained our needs. Of course I understood it was an estimate and that it could go up in price once he examined the situation. He held to his estimate. He was quick, had the tools and parts he needed and also very friendly. I WILL be using him for my plumbing needs going forward.

Martin is super awesome. Definitely calling him for future plumbing needs and referring him to friends. Had a bad clog with toilet backed up to shower and filled with gray water. Martin was easy to communicate, and showed up on time as promised on Sunday! After seeing the mess, he skillfully started with easier techniques. When none of them worked, he worked his way up to fix the clog. Thanks, Martin!
