The best nutrition game for competitors and regular normal people. I’ve notice right away when I started this journey with bunch my eating was helping me train better and last longer during workouts. I’ve always dragged at the end of practices but now I’m craving for more activities after practice is done. I truly believe you eat the right nutrition, you’ll get the most out of workouts and simply lose weight by just eating right too. I went from walking around 215 to walking around 190. This was all within 2 months. I’m sure if you’re a regular person it’s take about 3-4 months. You add your own workouts of course the mints will be short like mine. You’ll get the best out of working with Bunch. This man has been dealing with nutrition for many years. Bunch was a high level division 1 collegiate/freestyle wrestler back in the day not just mma! He knows the ins and outs of how to get that weight down the right way! Man can do it all.
