Please avoid using their service. The don't pay contractors upfront, how about saying something along the ... After finish stage, and only after the inspector has signed off on every thing then I will issue the final billing. Also, they over bill for work that is not done and they have a poor understanding of business works. They had staff turn over and did not understand English.
