- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a per form utilized in the preparation of the return, but also make adjustments based on complexity, time and service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or sit down meeting; determining if we are moving in the same direction regarding work to be completed, establishing deliverables, fees and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have formal CPE of 40 hours annually. Additionally, we devote 2 - 4 hours weekly to reading items and interests beneficial to our practice.
