Kevin at KW Tile does what it takes to get the job done. He went out of his way to help with extra things to get my tile job done. Pros: -Good finished product -Good communication -Helpful with ideas on the project -Helped fixed issues during the job. Some of which he didnt charge for. -Kevin states he will cover his work if issues found after the job is done. Cons: Should be cleaner. Charged for plastic and floor covering. Usually part of the job. Some areas needed to be washed after the job. Kevin did wash but areas/items should have been better covered. -Grout issue had to be fixed after the job. Overall I would hiring again if he eliminated the clean up issues.
