What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your business, customers, current website, and goals. We then research your market and create three different homepage concepts. Once you choose a direction, we build the full mobile-friendly website, incorporate your content, make revisions, and handle the launch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of experience building and leading digital products and customer-facing online experiences. My background includes product strategy, user experience, conversion optimization, content organization, and working directly with design and engineering teams.
