Javier did an excellent job and clearly communicated the issue/process at each step. For our drain issue, he showed up with an hour of reach out and was quite professional in his communication. He gave us multiple options to fix the problem- better vs. quick fix. Afterwards he also highlighted other issues in the pipe which may become an issue in long-term. He installed new pipes and the sink is now working better than before.

Our 1950s home’s kitchen sink was leaking and even though I let Paiz Plumbing know it could wait, he was nearby and was at the house in about 15 minutes!
I thought he would diagnose and come back the next day, but not only was he able to fix this in less than 2 hours, he corrected how the p-traps were devised by the former home owner. He also discovered foreign objects in the garbage disposal and educated us what it should sound like so we are aware to keep it clear.
All this during dinner hour!
I can’t say he would be able to do this for every client, but we appreciate the clean and professional and timely response.

I needed a plumber asap to fix a leaky garbage disposal. Found Javier, who had great ratings and was the most responsive. He called me within a minute of my request and he was willing to come by the very next day to complete the job. He was punctual, professional, and very efficient and clean with his work. He completed it quickly and even fixed a leaky gasket for the faucet in my laundry room pretty much for free, which saved me time and money from doing it myself. He's great and I will definitely be working with him for future plumbing jobs in our house.
