Our pricing is transparent and fair. We provide clear estimates before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Costs are based on the scope of work, materials required, and time involved. We don’t cut corners, and we use quality materials to ensure safe, reliable, and long-lasting results. Any changes or additional work are discussed and approved by the customer in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and assess the scope of the project. After that, we provide a clear estimate and explain the work to be done. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time and complete the work safely and efficiently. After the job is finished, we review everything with the customer to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and experienced electrical professionals with formal education in electrical theory and hands-on field training. Our background includes apprenticeship training, on-the-job experience, and ongoing education to stay current with California electrical codes and safety standards. We are knowledgeable in residential and commercial electrical systems and follow all state and local regulations to ensure safe, high-quality work.
