- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends on travel distance, amount of time, number of people, or items, and the number of shots or angles. Basic editing such as exposure, color correcting is free and included in the cost. Retouching is extra, ranging from $5 to $10 per image.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set expectations and goals with the client. Agree on a date, location(s), sign a contract with 25% deposit. Collaborate with client towards achieving a desired outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Design so it's heavily influenced the way compose and see things through the lens. I'm always doing research on the latest camera, lens, and lighting equipment and techniques. I also have other colleagues to bounce ideas off.
