I would highly recommend Mr. Ramshaw. I will also use him for any future plumbing needs. He was the first one to reply to my request, he was on time, efficient, personable, and clean. His quote was the best out of 5, and I would give him a rating of 10 out of 10.

Ken was able to come in such a short notice (2-3 hours). He is actually very punctual. Work nicely done. Always trying to make sure that I am happy with the work.

"Mr Ramshaw is swift and responsive! This has been my second time that Ken helped me. Not only does he makes sure that you're completely satisfied with the work, he also charges at a very reasonable rate when other plumbers are charging at twice or three times of what Mr. Ramshaw is charging. I highly recommend Mr. Ramshaw for not only plumbing work, but also for general handyman work."

This guy is a real loser. Half hour late. Said he could move toilet drain, complained about getting under house. Didn't do anything. Can't work independently, needs a contractor to tell him what to do. Lots of attitude. Hit my contractor's truck as he backed out of the driveway. Don't waste your time with this guy.

I am very concerned about this review. I take a lot of pride in my work, and this was an unfortunate circumstance. I was not late to the project, and there was no damage to the contractors truck. While I was there I even work for her neighbor. When I completed the job, he was more than satisfied, and even gave me a box of See’s chocolates.
