Introduction: Hi there! My name is Vani Leon. I am a CA Licensed Esthetician, and owner of Vani Leon Beauty. My passion and knowledge of skincare and makeup artistry, combined with my enhancing and natural approach will ensure that you look and feel beautiful on the inside and out. I have over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, during which I have worked in Bridal, Special Event, and production (TV/Film/Commercial) fields. I had Vani do my hair and makeup for my wedding day this past Saturday and she did an amazing job!!! She also did the makeup for my Mom, sister, and mother in law and it turned out fantastic!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing shown on my profile does not include a travel fee. I charge a travel fee beyond 20 miles roundtrip. Once I have your location, I can provide an accurate quote for services and travel fee if applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first talk with them to get a thorough idea of what services they are interested in, provide information, insight, suggestions and answer any questions. I then provide a quote for all requested services. Once the quote has been reviewed and accepted I prepare a contract, and send it to the client for review and approval. Once the contract has been signed and retainer has been paid, the event/appointment date is officially confirmed.
